About this cafe
There is a separate WiFi network for laptops, and it holds up on calls. It gets busy at lunch and is quietest before twelve or after two. Power points sit under the bench seating.

Perfect for deep work. The bench seats have plugs underneath.

Decent, with caveats. There's a separate WiFi network for laptops, and it's fast. Bench seats are where the sockets are.

Exactly what I want from a work café. Calm all afternoon. Not a single dropout all afternoon.

Got more written in one morning than in a week at home. Power under the benches, which is handy. £2.66 for an oat latte is a bargain round here. Best seats are up on the mezzanine.

Use the laptop network, it's quicker than the main one. There's loads of space, so I never had to hover around waiting for a table.

The laptop WiFi is noticeably faster than the main network. It was quiet enough that I could take calls at the table without anyone giving me a look.

Middle of the road. I had a video call, a big download and a shared doc open at once and the WiFi never complained. Very hushed, you notice every chair scrape.
