Visiting from Toronto and needed somewhere to work. Very loud. Not my kind of place to work.

Exactly what I want from a work café. The WiFi password changes daily and it's printed on your receipt. Fast once you're on. There's a plug wherever you sit.

Connection was faster than the one in my flat, which is a little embarrassing for my flat. There's loads of space, so I never had to hover around waiting for a table, and prices here are low for London, so a full day of coffee doesn't turn into a small fortune. Get the batch brew.

Popped in for a couple of hours on a Wednesday afternoon. Room to spread out with a laptop and notes. By late morning the room was so loud that I had to give up on anything that needed real focus.

Mixed. Loud music and louder tables. Headphones are essential. Plenty of sockets. Might try it again earlier in the day.

My favourite place to work in London. Lunch was the sourdough toasties, no complaints. Connection was rock solid. Easily a five.
